1. Information We Collect

When you create an account on StripeReport, we collect your email address and basic profile information provided through the authentication process. When you connect your Stripe account, we access your Stripe data using a read-only restricted API keythat you provide. This key only grants access to subscription, customer, product, and pricing data — we cannot create charges, modify subscriptions, or take any action on your Stripe account.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Calculate and display your subscription metrics (MRR, ARR, churn rate, revenue projections)
  • Generate your dashboard, charts, and reports
  • Send you daily email earnings reports (if enabled)
  • Send cancellation and past-due alerts (if enabled)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored securely on Supabase(hosted on AWS) with row-level security enabled. Your Stripe API key is encrypted at rest. All data transmission uses TLS 1.2+. We do not store your customers’ payment card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial instruments — we only access the subscription and invoice metadata that Stripe exposes through its API.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete all of your data, including your stored Stripe API key and any cached metrics, within 30 days of your request.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate StripeReport:

  • Stripe — payment processing for your StripeReport subscription
  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Resend — transactional and daily report emails

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Revoke your Stripe API key at any time through your Stripe dashboard, immediately cutting off our access

8. Children’s Privacy

StripeReport is a business tool and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of StripeReport after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
